Sleep Study: Earn $500 (MA)

Entrust Research & Recruiting and our client, a manufacturer of consumer goods are recruiting participants aged 21 – 55 who live in Massachusetts and have difficulty falling asleep for a sleep study. People who are selected to participate in the study will receive $500 during the final visit, upon completion of all parts of the study. Sessions will be scheduled in October and November. This study has three parts.
In Part I, a team of two or three researchers will visit your home for about 90 minutes to set up the sleep technology, and interview you about your sleep routines, habits, and environment. Both day and early evening times are available on weekdays and weekends. In Part II, you will be using technology to track your sleep using a bedside device as well as a band you wear on your head that measures when you fall asleep and the quality of your sleep. For the first 3 days, you will be sleeping without any sound devices like apps, sound machines, or TV. During the final 7 days, you will now be listening to a soundtrack as you fall asleep that we will provide. Each morning, you will be filling out a short 5-minute online survey once you wake up on how you slept. We also will need to visit your home for about 15 minutes sometime between days 3 and 7 to gather information from the sleep headband. In Part III, we will return to your home for about 60 minutes to get the equipment and interview you about your experiences. Again, both day and early evening times are available.
